Adding Tracking Information to an Order

It’s incredibly important to be timely with shipping items to customers, especially when updating the order. Luckily, Foraged has an automated email system in place that alerts the customer when you have sent off your items. Please follow the instructions below to trigger the email so that the customer is promptly alerted of the shipping tracking.

1. Head over to the Orders page in the seller dashboard and scroll down to the specific order you would like to add tracking information on.

2. Click on the truck icon to add the tracking number and link.

3. On the modal that pops up, be sure to select the proper carrier from the dropdown menu. Add your tracking number and link (if applicable) to the fields within the modal. Click Submit once complete and you are good to go!
