Sometimes, communication with the customer is necessary for a quick note. Other times, it is imperative to keep track of details and information regarding the order for yourself only. This quick guide will show you how to add information for an order both publicly (to the customer) and privately (for yourself).
2) Once on the order details page, head down to the bottom of the page and type in the notes that you would like to add to the order.
3) Once the note has been added, attach any images you may want and then select whether the note is a Private Note for yourself or a Note to customer.
4) Once complete, click Add.
