How to Add Vacation Mode

It’s imperative to be able to temporarily close down your store if something comes up or if you need a break from selling on the platform for a little while. This article lays out how you can do just that. It’s easy!

01) Once logged into the Vendor Dashboard, head over to the Settings page. Once there, scroll down to the very bottom of the page to the Vacation Mode section.

2) From here, you can select to turn on Vacation Mode by checking the box next to Enable Vacation Mode.

3) Once checked, you can then decide whether or not you’d like to disable purchasing from your store during your time away by checking the box next to “Disable Purchase During Vacation”. You can also decide whether you would like to schedule the closing of the store or have it take effect immediately.

4) Please enter a message regarding details on your return or a brief explanation. This will help customers know when you are coming back and when to expect to be able to purchase again. Once you are done adding the details of your vacation mode, click Save at the bottom of the page. Now go enjoy some time away!
