How to Contact Experience Attendees

If you wish to contact your attendees, you can easily send each customer a message to update them on your Experience. Alternatively, you can download all of the customers who have purchased a spot at your Experience quite easily from your Vendor Dashboard. Keep reading to learn how to easily do this so you can contact or send a newsletter to your attendees.

1) In the Vendor Dashboard, go to the My Products page and select the Experience you would like to see the Attendees to.

2) Once on the Edit Product page of the particular Experience, scroll down to the Experience section and click on the Download CSV of Attendees button.

3) After the export has ran, the file will appear in your downloads folder ready for import to any program that you’d like. Emails, names and phone numbers of the attendees are included in the export.
