Often times, the vendor needs to update the customer when something happens with the order or when there is recent information necessary to communicate to the customer since the time of purchase. This article will go over the many ways you can communicate to the customer regardless of their account status.
01) To send a message to a customer who has an account with Foraged, head over to the My Orders page in the Seller Dashboard. Next click on the eye icon next to the order that you need to message the customer about:
2) Once on the Order Details page, scroll down to the area beneath the shipping address labeled Send Message to Customer and enter the message in the dialogue box. Click submit when you are done and the message will be sent to the customer. The area will look like the following:
3) Click Send once you have written out your message. The customer will receive the message once it is sent.
