How to Refund A Customer

Sometimes there are issues with orders from customers and there is nothing left to do but to refund them in partial (or full). This article will explain how to do just that.

1) Sign in to your Seller Dashboard account and head on over to the My Orders page.

2) Once on the My Orders page, scroll down to the order in question and select from the Actions column the Request Refund button that looks like a square with arrows.

3) On the modal that pops up, select whether the refund will be Partial Refund or Full Refund and then adjust the refund amounts as necessary. You must state the reasoning for the refund request.

4) Once the modal is filled out, click Submit and a Foraged team member will process the request. You will receive an Email notification once it is completed.
