If you have concerns about a particular item listed on the site, we always recommend that you contact the seller about it first to discuss. You can do this by clicking the Message Seller button on the right side of each product page.
If you still have concerns about the product after contacting the seller, or the seller does not respond to your inquiry, you can contact us via the Support Page to report the item. Please copy and paste the URL for the particular item you are reporting, and provide as much information as you can so that we can address your concerns as quickly as possible.
You will be notified via email when either the seller or the Support Team responds to your inquiry. You can also view any messages you have sent and received in your account, under the Support Tickets or Account Inquiries sections.
