Marking an Order as Complete

It is crucial to mark a customer’s order as “Complete” so that they know that you have shipped the item and so that they can obtain the correct tracking information for their order(s). Please continue reading to learn how to mark an order as complete.

1. Navigate to the Orders page in the Seller Dashboard.

2. Find the specific order that needs to be marked and click on the checkmark icon:

3. Click OK when prompted with confirmation modal:

4. Any tracking information you’ve added will be sent to the customer once the order is marked as complete. If you have printed a shipping label from your Seller Dashboard, it will automatically send the tracking info to the customer from your label once marked as complete.
